The information Shain.net collects

How Shain.net refuses requests

Shain.net may refuse to provide the Service to any Customer who wishes to make use of the Service with respect to a web site that contains material that Shain.net Web deems inappropriate or offensive. Such materials may include materials:

  • promoting sexually explicit materials;

  • promoting violence;

  • promoting discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;

  • promoting illegal activities;

  • violating the intellectual property rights of others.

    The decision to deny service to a Customer's particular web site is solely within the discretion of Shain.net Web and, in the event Service is denied, the affected customer will:
  • receive a full refund of the fees paid for the Service

  • select another web site for use with the Service.

Cooperation with Other Providers

Using Shain.net's facilities to engage in activities that violate the Terms of Service (Legal Info) of any other network access provider is prohibited. For example, sending unsolicited commercial e-mail through Shain.net's facilities to the subscribers of any Internet or online service provider that disallows unsolicited commercial e-mail is prohibited.

Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Policy by a Shain.net customer may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of service, at Shain.net's sole discretion.

Shain.net does not issue service credits for any outages incurred through service disablement resulting from Policy violations.

Modification

Shain.net reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of this Policy at any time without notice.

Reporting Violations

Please send reports of any activity in violation of this Policy to: abuse@shain.net

Include the full text of any offending message, with all headers containing timestamps and IP addresses, and (for unsolicited commercial e-mail) please place the subject line of the Spam in the subject line of your e-mail.

Disclosure of Information

Shain.net will use all information collected from their customers for internal purposes only. Some anonymous data based on information collected from Users may be disclosed to potential and existing business partners, and investors. In situations whereby Shain.net is subpoenaed by a legitimate legal authority to disclose information, Shain.net will cooperate fully to provide only the information subpoenaed.

Maintenance of Information

Information about Users that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintain on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure.
